Every listing on this site passes the same checks before it is published. This page is the checklist, published so you can hold us to it.
Step 1: Official page check
We confirm the developer name, the game title, and the official page itself, and we link to that page only. If the official page cannot be confirmed, the listing does not go up.
Step 2: Warning check
We confirm the adults only status, the content warning, and the all characters over 18 statement, and we repeat them on the homepage and on the download page before the link. A listing with a buried warning fails this check.
Step 3: Demo scope check
We confirm whether the release is a demo or a finished game, and what its setting and scope are. Demo content is never presented as finished game content, and features the developer has not announced are never promised.
Step 4: Plain language check
Every guide is read back for graphic detail, and any graphic passage is removed. Guides cover mechanics, scope, and warnings only. Only the one non explicit official artwork the developer publishes is shown on this site, and no gameplay screenshots beyond it are used.
Step 5: Link check
We check that the download page has exactly one destination, that it opens in a new tab with the correct rel attribute, and that no hosted file link appears anywhere on the site.
